  • I'm not familiar with One Love Organics, but I'll check it out, Dima. Sounds very interesting! I just bought a jar of coconut oil and a bottle of Sweet Almond Oil. I bought them at Whole Foods, the organic food supermarket chain in the U.S. I have tried using the coconut oil as a lip and skin moisturizer. The waxy solid coconut oil immediately becomes a liquid from the heat of my hands, and it is easy to apply. It's very moisturizing, in the beginning. Unfortunately, I have such dry skin that the moisturizing effect does not last long enough. But I think for someone who is quite young or who does not have very dry skin, it would be fine. I will also use it for cooking, as it is a healthy cooking oil. The sweet almond oil is very nice. I will make some DIY beauty products with it and the coconut oil, but in the meantime, I use it at night on my eyelashes!

  • Hi Allison,

I got to know about One Love Organics through Dr Oz Newsletter, and Yes! it sounds interesting. Unfortunately, I can't order it, maybe you can order one, and write an honest review about it, as you usually do :)
I will stick to my shea butter cream this winter, it is doing great for my dry skin, along with mild exfoliation.
Allison, I believe if you exfoliate your skin with a mild exfoliator before applying coconut oil, would be better for your dry skin.

  • You've introduced me to some new products so thanks for that. As a product junkie I'm always on the lookout.

  • Thanks for sharing Dima. I'm going to try Skin Savior Waterless Multi-Balm, have you ever used it?
