Most women pay much attention to their toothbrush, taking time to choose the right one, checking different brands, and shapes. They remember to change their toothbrush every while and then. On the other hand, there are many hair types, thin hair, long hair, short hair, dry hair, etc.

Somewhere in my dresser, I have an expensive boar bristle brush with a wood handle/base from Kent of London that I bought many years ago at a lovely old-fashioned pharmacy in New York. Mostly, however, I use a plastic bristle (I think) or maybe it's wire with plastic balls at the top of each bristle that I got at Walmart or some other inexpensive place. I don't brush my hair as much as I should. Very interesting post!

I use a plastic bristle brush, that can be bought in nearly everywhere here. On the other hand, more expensive and natural brushes are rare to find, or at least I haven't seen any, but I am planning to look for one.
I read that hair brushes with wire/ metal bristles can harm your hair, especially scalp, so one should be careful with this kind of brushes.
Styling hair is never easy, and perfect look always requires skillful, professional hands. I usually use a plastic brittle brush and I like to use it.
I always buy costly brush of good company for my hair :)
