    hi Dima,
    I liked ur post of greentea.I’ve one query about your previous article of green tea for hairloss, am 23 wanted to drink green tea daily a cup for health and hair but I’ve heard that consuming green tea decreases body weight but am thin i don’t want to loose weight.What should i do to get healthy benefits of green tea without loosing weight.pls, suggest.

      Hi Lavanya,

      Green Tea can help you lose fat, especially harmful abdominal fat. So, actually you don’t lose weight, but get rid of harmful fat in your body.
      Besides, one cup of green tea daily won’t have that effect of losing weight, unless you don’t consume enough calories for your body weight.

        Thankyou dima can you tell me how to reduce lower abdomal fat in a healthy way and can you tell me whether oil made using curry leaves(heating leaves in oil in indirect water boiling way)will also help for hair fall and dandruff as i,ve heard of it.
