Aloe Vera: Benefits & History (Infographic)

Published by

Most of you know that aloe vera is one of the best remedies for sunburns and skin burns in general. However, did you know that you could drink it, apply it to your skin, and use it as a food preservative?

Just like turmeric has a wide range of benefits to your skin and hair, aloe vera has also so many benefits for your health in general, and your skin in particular. And these aloe vera benefits include:

  • Aloe vera is a superfood that contains vitamins: A, C, E, B1, B2, B3, B6, and B12. Being full of anti-oxidants, aloe vera fights free radicals that cause aging, help fight cancer and heart disease, and aids digestion.
  • Aloe vera contains fatty acids that contribute to relieving pain.
  • Aloe vera has hormones that aid in wound healing.
  • It helps in lowering cholesterol, just like ghee lowers the unhealthy cholesterol levels.
  • It has a natural cooling effect on the skin.
  • Aloe vera is well known for moisturizing dry skin.
  • + Much more in the infographic below.

There are plenty of ways that you can use aloe vera; it all depends on what kind of problem you have. The best would be planting an aloe vera plant in your house and using the freshly extracted gel for your smoothie, skin rashes, or what so ever you may be suffering.

  • Awesome content Dima,

Indeed, aloe Vera has a lot health benefits that a lot of people do not know about. One of the few wonderful things people often use it for is to treat hair loss and balding.

I've seen a lot of people testifying of how they were able to curb their hair related problems with aloe Vera alone.

This infographic really revealed a lot of other benefits of aloe vera, and I'm gonna share it right away.

Thanks a lot for always being awesome Dima :D

  • I've heard lots of people recommending aloe vera, but I didn't know it's full benefits until I read your post! Thanks for sharing this to us. Cheers :)
