In ancient times, malai or milk cream was one of the main beauty ingredients. Milk cream was used for making your skin fair and for dealing with dryness. Milk cream has all the necessary components that are required to enhance the facial beauty. It is a natural, inexpensive and safe home remedy for the face.

Milk cream often gets wasted as people stay away from eating it due to different health reasons. But for the face, it can do wonder. Milk cream face packs brighten your skin, get rid of pimples, make it soft and supple, too. Also, it adds a glow to the skin and removes fine lines and wrinkles. It can be used with some other natural elements in the form of one face mask to boost the beauty.

#1 Milk Cream Face Pack For Soft Skin

Using this pack once or twice per week will make your skin soft. It’s easy to make and contains various benefits for the skin. Malai makes the silky skin smooth. Honey in this pack keeps pimples at bay. Method:

  • Mix malai and honey together and then apply on your face.
  • Wash after around 15-20 minutes.

#2 Milk Cream Face Pack For Glowing Skin

This face pack will get rid of grime, giving you one fresher look with one glowing complexion.

Method:

  • Take a bowl and next add malai, besan, and haldi. 
  • Mix all of them together and later apply on your skin for 15 minutes.
  • Wash off using plain water.

#3 Milk Cream Face Pack For Skin Lightening

Milk cream is also great to lighten your skin to one certain extent because it contains lactic acid, which is one of the most popular alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs) in skin care today. Method:

  • You can buy fresh milk cream from the store or make milk cream at home.
  • Mix milk cream (2 tablespoons) with one pinch of turmeric. Next, wash your face before applying this face pack.
  • Apply this mask on the face using your clean fingers.
  • After 15 minutes wash it off, pat dry and then apply olive or Argan oil.
  • Excess use of turmeric can leave yellow stains on the face.

#5 Milk Cream And Olive Oil

  • Take fresh milk cream (2 tablespoons), and next add few olive oil drops.

Method:

  • Mix milk cream, sandalwood or turmeric powder, rose oil and honey in required quantity in one bowl.
  • Topically apply this mixture to prewashed skin or face.
  • After leaving it for about 15 minutes wash or wipe it off with water.

How To Make Malai Or Milk Cream At Home?

Firstly, you take full-fat milk; the skimmed version cannot get enough milk cream. Next, boil the milk in one bowl, leave it to cool down for around 20-30 minutes. After that, collect the top layer with the help of a spoon. You can either refrigerate it for preparing face pack or eat it.

Like raw milk, milk cream shows exceptional advantages when applied to the face.

    Earlier I thought that, Milk can only brighten the skin. But I have come to learn that it also eliminates pimples, fine lines, wrinkles. Moreover, it also makes skin soft and supple. Thanks for the post once again.
