    I have pumpkin Seed oil, what is the best way to consume the oil to get all the nutritional benefits that you mention? How can I add the oil instead of the seeds.

      Hi Jay,
      The pumpkin seed oil is not used in cooking since it can become bitter when heated. But you can use it in salad dressing for its unique nutty flavor.Here are a few ideas to choose from [pumpkin seeds oil recipes].

    Hi Dima,

    I never realised that pumpkin seeds actually contain biotin…that would definitely save me money on biotin supplements and products! The only thing I’d be worried about is that seeds can cause inflammation (especially if you’ve got ‘leaky gut’ or autoimmune disorders).
