This is one of the most basic, widely known and practiced poses of yoga. This literally translates to sun salutation and it has a combination of 12 different poses of yoga. These exercises help to target different parts of your body. This is one of the best poses to keep your body active because it affects all possible areas of the body. It helps you to strengthen your skeletal muscles that include ligament and helps in easing stress and anxiety. If you are new to this exercise, it is best to take help of a professional that has experience in this field so that you can get the best results in the long term.

  • The Warrior Pose

Warrior yoga Pose

Warrior pose or Veerabhadrasana is one of the answers to your question on how to do yoga for weight loss. This pose involves you going into a mountain pose and stretching one of your legs back and your other leg goes into a lounge position. While doing this you need to keep your knee at a 90-degree positioning and hands stretched right above your head. Once you are used to this pose, you can take it to the whole new level by taking your hands in front of the chest and then straighten your leg by pointing it outwards. While doing this you need to make sure that the other leg is still at 90 degrees and both the arms need to be stretched out wide apart.

  • The Triangular Pose

Triangle yoga Pose

The triangular pose is yet another option for you to lose your weight effectively. The triangular yoga pose is also called as trikonasana. First, take a stance with wide legs and turn your right foot out. Now stretch your arms out and wide open while you push your waistline over the right leg and then slowly go down. You need to face downwards while having a flat back. You need to also keep your right palm on the ground.  Then do the same thing with another leg to find the perfect results of your yoga for weight loss.

  • The Upward Plank for Yoga

If you are a beginner to yoga, this pose might seem something that is not right for you. However, as you get used to doing yoga for weight loss you can master this pose which is also known as the purvottasanasana. You will notice that there is much more to experience with the upward plank pose than you had imagined earlier. The exercise helps you to get really good effects on your arms, spine, legs, wrists and fortifies your muscles. This yoga pose is also good for your respiratory system along with strengthening your core strength.  This pose will help you lose weight efficiently and effectively.

  • The Boat Pose

Boat Pose Yoga

This is a fun pose and effective at the same time. In this pose, you need to lie down on your back and go to a V-shaped position that resembles a boat shape. As you begin your pose or if you are new to yoga try to hold your position for at least 10 seconds. Increase the bar of your position holding time every day and with time you will realize that the stomach muscles are going for a toss but in reality, it will help you burn out the stubborn fats in your belly.

  • The Bridge Pose

Bridge Pose Yoga

This is yet another yoga pose that will help you lose weight in quick succession. For this pose, you need to lie down on your back with your hands stretched sideways and then fold the knees and spread them while raising your body up from pelvis area. Take help of your hands and try holding on to that position because this will work wonders for your hips, thighs, back, and stomach as well.

When it comes to maintaining the overall wellbeing of your health the physical exercises have been the most crucial aspect. However, it is one thing to say and a different thing altogether to do it. So, you need to make sure that you first understand the importance of doing these exercises and then learn how these are to be done. This will help you get a clear picture of what you can do just with a little flexibility exercises every day. At times it might sound challenging, but you need to also get the technique right in order to be effective in your exercises. If you regularly do the exercises mentioned above you will surely find long-term benefits for your health.
