The Best Beauty Treatment of All Time: Accepting You

12/11/2019 //  by Dima Al Mahsiri//  2 Comments

Women go through extensive lengths in the name of beauty. Between hair coloring, waxing, plucking and more, women are always trying to look their best.

You try new skincare products that promise amazing results.

You try new diet fads to lose those extra pounds you put on over the holiday.

You think that any new hair product might just be what you need to achieve the look you are after.

Well, forget that and accept your flaws because beauty is only skin deep. True beauty is what is on the inside, what makes you unique, and what matters the most. You, as a woman, might go through struggles, but you should not let these struggles and flaws define you. Instead, you should let them empower you.

There is nothing wrong with treating the flaws that you have as long as you have fun with it and don’t let it consume your thoughts.

The struggles, the sweat, the flaws – embrace it all, sweat and glow

Some of the struggles that women face often times create stress within the body, causing excessive sweating and this can be really embarrassing. Even men go through this. But for women, this is a whole other issue because of their sense of beauty and that women should not be sweating.

Well, sometimes it’s more serious than this, some women go through hyperhidrosis which is an excessive sweating disorder, followed by extreme sweating that is not under control. Hyperhidrosis can show up in underarms, hands, head, feet, or face. However, it is treatable. There is hyperhidrosis treatment you can find that will help you with this condition.

Acceptance and Treatments

It is important, however, to accept that this is a part of your body’s function. Think of it as more of a dewy glow where some people don’t get the opportunity to shine this bright!

The next time you get caught “sweating” and someone calls you out on it, simply smile and tell them your body is producing a dewy “glow.” Own it, girl, let it glow!

Anyways, back to treatments. You are able to treat this naturally with vinegar, tomato juice, green and black tea, cornstarch and baking soda, potatoes or other potassium-rich foods, lemon, and wheatgrass juice. You can learn more about natural ways to treat hyperhidrosis.

You are also able to treat hyperhidrosis through prescription strength and clinical strength antiperspirants, Botox for hyperhidrosis, oral hyperhidrosis medications, and iontophoresis.

Turmeric might be an answer for skin, hair, and health

You need to accept what you were born with, but if you want to enhance your current beauty, you can always use a popular spice in India, turmeric, to benefit your skin, hair, and health.

You can make fun face masks, hair masks, or even eat this pile of fun and use it on a daily basis. Turmeric is loaded with antioxidants and is packed with rich vitamins like zinc, potassium, iron, and manganese. This helps cure dermatitis and lightens acne scars.

A healthy form of beauty is so important. There are a million issues and flaws that women face, whether it is with their bodies, their appearance, or biological issues that come up due to genetics. Either way, whatever you go through, it is important to love yourself and look past these flaws.

There is nothing wrong with treating problem areas and doing face masks to get rid of pesky pimples or adding turmeric all over you to achieve that turmeric glow or loading up on vinegar to naturally get rid of hyperhidrosis. Just remember to have fun and to embrace your unapologetic definition of beauty because you are unique, and there is nothing more beautiful than that.
